Kahlua Pig in a Crockpot

1 Pork Butt
Liquid Smoke
Hawaiian Salt
Ti Leaves (banana leaves can also be substituted)
1. Devein ti leaves and put on the side.

2. Poke holes in pork.

3. Pour liquid smoke over pork until there is a nice film.

4. Rub Hawaiian Salt in pork.

5. Wrap pork in leaves using baking string to keep it wrapped.

6. Place into the crockpot with 2 tablespoons of water.

7. Cook on low for 8-10 hours

8. Take out, drain & shred the meat so it looks like kahlua pig.
